Customer data showed that more men were shopping on chanel.com during the holiday period. Interviews told us that they were coming to the site to do gift shopping, but often felt lost in Chanel’s enormous selection of fragrance and beauty products. I designed a series of pages to serve as a gifting guide for those unfamiliar with Chanel’s products, but who had an idea of the “attitude” of the gift they would like to give.
